The lyrics of the National Anthem of China
March of the Volunteers
Arise, ye who refuse to be slaves!
With our flesh and blood, let us build a new Great Wall!
As China faces her greatest peril,
From each one the urgent call to action comes forth.
Arise! Arise! Arise!
Millions of but one heart
Braving the enemies’ fire! March on!
Braving the enemies’ fire! March on!
March on! March, march on!
The National Anthem of China was written by Tian Han and composed by Nie Er.
China has not an official motto.
This must be one of the most stirring of national anthems。 It is more like a War Cry…Arise, March On. A constant reminder to 1.4 billion Chinese of their recent history of oppression and occupation by foreign forces and traitors.
